Tickets

We decided to let Horde to be FREE. Free entrance, free attendance, free shows.

However, as you may guess, Horde doesn't come for free for us. We need to cover many expenses as demoparties [even if not very big] are expensive and we don't have any sponsor. We thought about a fair solution that will make all of us happy.

Tickets.

Wasn't Horde free? It, actually, is. However, tickets [10E for 3 days] will grant you access to many facilities. By buying a ticket, you will:

• Use the internet connection [please bring your LAN and power cable! Maximum number of computer is set to 30/35 so don't miss to tell us whether you're bringing yours to the party!]
  
• When buying food and beverage, you will get a 50% discount on the price list [price list will be public].
  

If you don't buy a ticket, don't worry. You're welcome anyway. Tho, you will not be allowed to use internet, you will pay food and drinks twice than the ones that bought tickets and so on. Why so? Because we need to cover costs.

Tshirts

How not to be cool and wear a Horde Tshirt?,

Here's the design:



Horde Tshirts are 100% cotton, high-quality. The price of each T-shirt is set to 10E, quite a fair price. Support us and buy a Tshirt!!

Actually, there is a sleeping area available for anyone who wants to stay out at the partyplace.

Depending on the amount of people that will come over, we may change Sleeping Area location to a larger one. The Sleeping Area is currently the location itself.The other Sleeping area is situated in the nearby - you just have to cross the garden and you're there!

The showers are located quite close to the partyplace.

Showers are PUBLIC. There is a timetable for showering that will be set up as public during the party. For any need, anyway, you may refer to any of the organizers.

We will provide you fresh drinks and food during the party. Anytime. By buying a ticket [10E for 3 days], you will support us and pay half of the price for anything you want to buy.

This solution will cover your food needs, giving you food for the days of the party. Otherwise, you have to go look for a restaurant by yourself, or some food shop.

There is a Mc Donald's just in front of the Trainstation, if you're arriving by train.

Shops are usually closed during sunday. Occasionally, they're closed during monday [afternoon] and wednesday [full day]. There are some small food shops all around the partyplace, but mind that it's a weekend [so they may be closed the day you want to go there] and that you can't bring a truck full of alcohol bottles to the partyplace to get desperately drunk. This is not allowed.

The only means of transportation available, once in Branco, is the bus. You can check timetables on THIS WEBSITE [city bus is 'urbano'].
